If you have a goal of creating healthier habits into your lifestyle, when coming from a deep detoxing/cleansing time you now have an awesome opportunity to teach your body what it is that you want to incorporate... Put these ideas & goals into practice consistently for 14-21 days to create a new memory in gut which ultimately controls your brain. After this period you'll most likely find that you'll crave whatever habit you've formed effortlessly & without much thought.
What can this look like in action???
Let me share some goals of my own:
Because Summer is approaching & Overall I want to remain very light in my gut, & eat mostly raw with little to no cooked foods... here is what a typical day is for me -
♡ Rising to noon - Water & 1 32oz Herbal Tea (consists of 4 combinations)
♡Noon to 4pm - FRUITS ONLY like Melons, Berries, seeded grapes, Mango, apples, plum, Papaya,
♡water, water, water throughout the day
♡ maybe 2 dates
♡ maybe some Brazil Nuts or walnuts
♡ 5-6pm SALAD!!!
♡ water & 16oz seamoss Tea to end the night
Write down your goals & look at them often & BE INTENTIONAL to focus on what YOU want & SO SHALL IT BE!

4 c red chickpeas (cooked 1 c reserved)), 3 c wild rice( cooked), 2 portabella mushroom caps, 1 yellow onion, 1 bell pepper, 2-3 sprigs green onion( divided green & white parts, 2 fennel stalks, 1 tbsp fennel sprigs,... moreALKALINE RED BEANS & RICE
4 c red chickpeas (cooked 1 c reserved)), 3 c wild rice( cooked), 2 portabella mushroom caps, 1 yellow onion, 1 bell pepper, 2-3 sprigs green onion( divided green & white parts, 2 fennel stalks, 1 tbsp fennel sprigs, 1/4 c spelt flour, 2 tbsp chilli powder (homemade) 1 tsp each sea salt & ground papaya seeds, 1 tbsp each of dried oregano & thyme, 3 bay leaves, grapeseed oil, 5 c veggie broth, 1 c reserved chickpea juice.
Soak and cook chickpeas, save 1 c broth before draining. Sautee veggies in oil, starting w/ fennel stalk & mushrooms. Once fennel soft add other veggies, herbs & seasoning (simmer). Add 3 c chickpeas, veggie broth & 1/2 c chickpea broth. Bring to a boil then reduce to simmer for 20 mins. In blender blend flour, remaining chickpeas and broth til smooth. Add to pot. Simmer til broth has thickened.
Wild rice soaked for 3 hrs. Then cooked in veggie broth with dried savory, tarragon & ground fennel seed til tender.
Pour peas in bowl, top with rice and green onions.
