I just learned that there are certain foods that are good for your blood type and some foods that are poison for your blood type and pomegranates are the latter for my blood type. 🥺. However, I don’t focus on what I cannot have, I choose to be grateful and simply focus on what I can have. Blessings. Eating according to your blood type is truly “a thing.”

Well I have almost doubled my last personal record of 6 days. Today marks day 11 of my juice fast. And my third consecutive detox. Each lasted three days. One day off after each. I began with my digestive system then moved on to my lymphatic system and... moreWell I have almost doubled my last personal record of 6 days. Today marks day 11 of my juice fast. And my third consecutive detox. Each lasted three days. One day off after each. I began with my digestive system then moved on to my lymphatic system and today is the last day of decalcification of my bones and pineal gland.
Its been an interesting journey with me, myself and I. Initially I was supposed to be working with someone but they weren't quite prepared 🤫 Honestly neither was I . This was very much impromptu. But once I began I decided to get thru these multiple detoxes without stopping. Feels pretty good to see myself succeed. Although I did have an avacado spread and snack on a few currants and Brazilian nuts on the third night.
The second thru the third days were pretty uncomfortable because I really miss the urge to chew. 🤤 and I also notice I wanted to taste salt. So I took a dash of sea salt here and there. Initially I had sea moss but no bladderwack and was beginning to feel a little fatigued so I incorporated bladderwrack and sea kelp here and there. ( These offer minerals that the body needs) And I noticed my fatigue dissipate quickly.
As I wind down the last day and three days of a brain scrub I am feeling the fall out of a late night. I've been taking it pretty easy today but plan on getting a little exercise in before the day is out. This week marks week one of a very mild workout. My goals of consistency was met. I will slowly increase repetitions and add more to my daily routine.
