We are led to believe that our hair will get thinner as we age and our skin will not look vibrant (as we become seniors). It haven’t been the case for me. At age 60 my hair, skin and nails has actually become healthier and I credit it to my plantbased whole food lifestyle that started with my research of Dr Sebi nutritional guide!
My philosophy is that before we can speak freely and with authority to encourage others to take care of themselves by making better choices, in eating better, exercising, living stress free and getting plenty of fresh air, we must first be the billboard of what we preach and try to sell to others.
