I recommend to NEVER dispute ANYTHING electronically bc you are doing yourself a disservice. Always send the letters! Yes I know it’s tiresome and traditionally old but, electronic dispute have little to NO requirements for verification accuracy whereas letters do— please send the letters. They are literally allowed to do bare minimum and WHEN I SAY BARE, I mean not NOTHING, if you dispute electronically.
