Where is the video or messaging regarding Pro status? I've been sending money faithfully each month and now I'm unsure where it has been going? Should i be canceling that and only using the wallet? Were those monies supposed to be refunded? Is Pro status the new green check verified, or something more? Does not having Pro status mean I'm not getting the site access i used to get? I have tried messaging two people and my messages don't go through. Honestly, for feedback, I don't like having to chase down this kind of info. If Empress had not posed the question, and CoCo answered with a short video,I'd still be in the dark.
