Please stop supporting and sharing these ‘exposure’ videos of manufacturers in China enticing you to purchase…

Have you all forgotten how the Chinese Government not only treated anyone classified as Black during the Pandemic, but their historical mistreatment and stereotyping towards anyone classified as BLACK?!? 🤷🏽‍♀️🫵🏽🫣

These ‘exposure’ videos are not exposing anything…
The mark-up value has existed for generations… this is a strategy where various sellers buy in bulk, brand the items and then sell with the mark-up; it is typically known as ‘white labelling’… oh the irony 🤣🫣🤷🏽‍♀️…

China does a similar mark-up theft, sorry ‘strategy’ to various countries (…for instances, Ethiopia, Kenya, Lesotho, Tanzania and Mauritius) within the African Continent, where they extort, sorry, export/import natural resources such as: iron ore, cotton, crude oil, diamonds, rare earth ores, copper, cobalt and so forth…

Where do you think China obtains such luxury leather from? 👂🏽
For instance; China exports Moroccan leather which is sourced from ‘the Sokoto Red breed, indigenous to Guinea and Sudan Savannah of Nigeria and Maradi Region in Republic of Niger’ where the tanneries are, and, this is still significantly underreported…😩

One of the oldest brands of Nigerian leather is Winston Leather which has been in business for over thirty years; and their tannery is based in Kano, Nigeria. This tannery supplies to the likes of Louis Vuitton and Ralph Lauren.

Where is the acknowledgement to the African continent? 🤷🏽‍♀️
Without these natural resources from the African continent, China; alongside numerous other countries would not be able to produce such products or services. However, China is the most invested, and now the African continent is almost reliant/dependent upon such trade, which is a double-edged sword as the African continent can try to finally regain their rightful position within such markets, but would still need to ensure they are paid as close to the mark-up value as possible; because, sadly, they are still, generically being exploited… 🤷🏽‍♀️

Imagine being the RICHEST continent on the planet, yet be reported to have the POOREST economy…🫠
MAKE IT MAKE SENSE!!! 🫵🏽

If you truly think ‘everything is made in China’, then, you truly are delusional!!!

Have a gander at just how many factories, sorry, manufacturing companies China has which are currently operating within the African continent TODAY? 🥲

Why do you think China has been working soOoo hard to entangle themselves within any and all trade agreements related to any and all African countries? 👂🏽

China along with numerous other countries have and still are utilising natural resources from all over the African continent in order to produce any of their products, yet, where is the exposure for that?

Once again, another ‘Super-Power’ Country is seeking ‘economic opportunities’ within the African Continent…👂🏽✍🏽🤷🏽‍♀️

Have a gander at the history between China and Africa and see just how crucial the African continent has been, this goes back to the Cold War; and China claims they want to help ‘free Africa from the claws of colonialism’… 😳

China has ‘invested’ billions into the African economy, so, ask yourself why? ✍🏽

Remember when several countries within the African continent did similar to what China is doing now to try and regain their independence, and work as one large economic structure in order to own their own natural resources?

Remember, when they wanted to obtain true trade power over the income they receive through any imports or exports; so they can stop the current and historical TRADE DEFICIT through unfair trading practices… as the African economy is facing numerous barriers when trying to trade.

The African economy are constantly prevented from receiving the value they deserve for their resources…😩

And, I’m sure we all superficially know WHY!!!
Beggars Belief indeed… ✍🏽🫥🫵🏽

But…

I digress…

We should be trying to support the African economy to receive their rightful share, and then yes, support the ‘underdog’…

Just be mindful of who their underdog truly is…👂🏽
