Perhaps I'm jaded after having lost so many friends to death by cop, but IMO make a choice off the bat, comply, or die.
Either do your best to 100% comply, while silently building your case, or take their guns and go for yours... All the back talk, and being difficult IS the probable cause for a "righteous kill" in many cases; however, if you take the loss pride wise and build a case you stand a chance of actually winning. No one wan't to be humiliated, bullied, or harassed, but the less said the better in the courts.
