This is a sample of a 10 hour window in Baltimore last night! There are 10 pages of reports on the citizen app. This may sound like paranoid hyperbole, but I'm telling you it's not! In a city of 543,000 people [and shrinking], the mayhem & violence is unchecked. The city is 600 police officers short in manpower, and what's really fucked up about the carnage, it's all BLACK ON BLACK CRIME!😡 These stupid mofos are asking to be locked down under martial law if this doesn't calm down.
