The W.H.E.E.L program is a program which was installed into the players before they entered the virtual reality program. The W.H.E.E.L program was created by dark forces; because they wanted to use the players as targets. The player’s are being played by dark forces; and they are being hunted by dark forces.

The players are having a live war experience experienced in the virtual reality program. The players rise to the occasion of their lives being played live. The dark forces are able to play with the players emotions remotely through the W.H.E.E.L program. They are able to play with the players thoughts through the W.H.E.E.L program. They are able to send the players messages through the W.H.E.E.L program.
