Thieves steal ATM from inside New York Car wash in broad daylight

Pelham, NY. ~ The incident occurred at Pelham Manor Car wash on the 4300 block of Post road. Two men loaded an ATM after walking inside and dragging the machine outside while employees and customers watched.
