If you ask for something but really deep down don't believe that it can be manifested immediately because it is so big, then you are the one who is brining time into your creation. You are creating the time it will take based on perception of the size of the thing you have asked for. But there is no size or time in the Universe. Everything exists now in the mind of the Universe!
