I recommend therapy to EVERYONE. It could be traditionally western therapy or your own personal preference. as long as you have someone that understands your intersections and culture and they're honest at all times, it will suffice. You don't need to have something apparently wrong with you to benefit from therapy. Every now and then we need to sharpen the axe, and therapy is one of the ways that benefit and support that.

I can't front, since I've started going to therapy it's been helping.
