The man who sucker-punched a NYC woman, whose video went viral, was charged with assault.

Skiboky Stora 40, randomly attacked a woman named Halley Kate, TikTok influencer on Monday.

Stora is a perennial down-ballot political candidate who ran for mayor, governor and City Council in the past three years. Skiboky Stora, the man accused of sucker-punching a woman in NYC.

According to a NYPD report Stora was previously arrested for similar attacks, only to be released back onto our streets. This incident will be his third arrest in the past 6 months.

In the first video, you can hear him calling a woman a “bitch” because he was bothered that she was using her phone and not paying attention to him. He also approached other women, using derogatory language and complaining about their clothes and hairstyle. In the last video, you can see a woman actually slapping him because he followed her onto the train after she had previously complained to a cop about him harassing her.

In his numerous TikTok videos, he rants about women, white men and when he doesn’t get his way he calls people racist regardless of their skin color. Also, there are many videos of him harassing police officers, MTA workers, and even postal workers.
