I need to go to the doctor to get checked for diabetes... ive been putting it off for sum tyme now and no im not up for it at all... the stress never stops

Peace and blessings King. If you haven't already read how to live by Elijah Muhammad. He published that in the 1960s and it's only now when the medical world is citing the benefits of what they're calling intermittent fasting. Basically exactly what he prescribed even one male per day with no snacks in between. I can bear witness to the effectiveness. After I was diagnosed I was able to stay that off for years without medication, and even now during Ramadan really observing the one meal rule I'm using far less insulin.
