I just learned that cantaloupe seeds have incredible health benefits. They contain vitamins A, B1, B2, B6, D, E, K, and choline, as well as minerals like iron, calcium, magnesium, potassium, manganese, phosphorus, selenium, and zinc. 100 grams of cantaloupe seeds contain 21 grams of protein, which is similar to soy milk. They also contain fiber, lipids, and antioxidants.
