Black History: Muammar Gaddafi, Libya
Libya as a nation led by Gaddafi had zero debt, zero homelessness, and universal healthcare for the entire country. Unemployment was [literally] non existent. Every able body person had a job, and a place to lay their head, with a roof over their head. Education was free to the entire country, including those who chose to study abroad outside of the country. Gaddafi was working to establish the United States of Africa to bring African nations together under one umbrella, and one monetary standard to create a sovereign currency that would compete with the IMF. In addition to his vision, Col Gaddafi also established a development bank that invested in Caribbean nations educationally and infrastructure wise. The vision to unite and create one Africa was unnerving to the world.
