it is important to remember that Black Women are 3x likely to die from pregnancy-related complications that are preventable, than their white counterparts.

We must advocate for equitable access to quality prenatal care, culturally-competent support, and systems that prioritizes the well-being of Black Mothers and their babies.

Together, we can strive for a future where every Black Woman receives the care and respect she deserves. Black doctors are needed more than black entertainers and athletes.
