It's great to practice spiritual discipline, Financial discipline, physical discipline and food discipline. But it's three disciplines that you need practice in that you seem to forget and that are very important for your soul's evolution. And those disciplines are
1. Aural Discipline: Aural discipline refers to the ability to control and focus one's attention on auditory stimuli. It involves actively listening, discerning between different sounds, and maintaining concentration despite distractions. People with aural discipline can effectively absorb and process information through hearing, whether it's in the context of music, language, or other auditory experiences.
2. Verbal Discipline: Verbal discipline involves controlling one's speech and communication effectively. It includes being mindful of the words chosen, speaking clearly and confidently, and conveying messages with tact and diplomacy. Verbal discipline also encompasses listening actively, expressing thoughts and opinions thoughtfully, and avoiding unnecessary or harmful speech. Overall, it's about using language skillfully to convey meaning and maintain positive interactions.
Last but by far the most important discipline that the majority of people in the spiritual community lack because they may not be aware that this is a discipline.
3. Emotional Discipline: Being emotionally disciplined means having the ability to regulate and manage one's emotions effectively. It involves being aware of one's feelings, understanding their triggers, and responding to them in a balanced and constructive manner. Emotionally disciplined individuals can maintain a sense of calm and control even in challenging situations, make rational decisions, and communicate their emotions assertively and empathetically. They are less likely to be overwhelmed by their emotions and more capable of maintaining healthy relationships and achieving their goals.
