Last fall I hung a zoo boo (Kung Fu Punching Bag) between my bedroom and kitchen, which is also adjacent to my front door. This simple "suggestion" has motivated not only to do punching drills (sometimes a 2-3 or more per day), but train martial arts through debilitating injuries, and stretch/foam roll towards a much improved me. A little bit every day for the rest of my life is the goal. 🖤💪🏾💪🏾
