The Pear of Anguish! This device was created by Europeans and was used on Slaves in the 1800’s. The Pear as it was called, was inserted into the male slaves rectum if he refused sex with his slave master.

Once inserted the key would be turned until it was fully opened and caused major damage or even death as punishment.
