A Deliveroo rider who bit off a customer’s thumb has been seen delivering food again, even after the account she was using at the time was suspended.

Jenniffer Rocha, 35, previously pleaded guilty to grievous bodily after getting into an argument with Stephen Jenkinson over a pizza.

Deliveroo said it has suspended the second account Rocha was accessing and has introduced a new registration and verification process for “substitute riders.”

Rocha is due to be sentenced on Friday.
