Texas Attorney General Ken Paxto has issued a message to all of the NGOs involved in programs related to mass illegal immigration. In his own words, he's putting them on notice.

And AG Paxton is suggesting that if these NGOs are found to be helping facilitate mass illegal immigration, they could face criminal charges in Texas.
