Our People throughout the country are being subjected to dangerous storms, especially tornadoes,and the vast majority of them were not prepared for these natural disasters,but yet these storms with potential For causing Natural Disasters are an annual phenomenon,that alone should require us to be prepared for the inevitable. I ask Is our unwillingness to prepare ourselves lies with the government? Racism? Oppression ? Or is it our failure to respond on our own best interest? We have the potential blue-print to facilitate our People/Community capacity to survive a Natural Disaster.
