The perfect ocean predator comes with its own headlights.

The Dana squid can be found 1,000 metres (3,280.84 feet) below the surface of the Pacific Ocean.

Scientists have just caught the moment it goes in for the kill, using its 'headlights' to dazzle its prey before capturing it in a death embrace.
