ATTENTION = PRESSURE —> ACTION (by AGENCIES)
Since Jay Morrison chooses to ignore our request to return the $1.7M at an 85% loss, give us the 27 acres, and return all management fees, we have to use social media to get the attention of the alphabet boys.
Thank you to the The Shade Room for covering our story and the brother who made the introduction.
This sad situation will not be solved in the court of public opinion but it can get the attention it deserves thanks to social media getting this information out to the 15,000 investors who are in the dark still and these videos crossing the desk of the right person in the right government agency.
Out $11.7M is small in comparison to an Enron or Bernie Madoff, but injustice is injustice regardless of the amount. And since the SEC regulated this fund and created Rule 10b-5 which profits securities fraud, it should be responsible for investigating when investors in a fund they authorized are complaining.
We have other local avenues like the DA, SOS, and FBI that we are exploring and I think we are making some headway given some recent responses by these agencies to our complaints.
Keep filing your complaints to keep this at the top of their minds. I will not stop until justice is served but I can’t do it alone. As 15,000 strong, we have volume even if our $11.7M doesn’t seem like a lot of some of these entities.
Our path to accountability for Jay Morrison’s violations of his fiduciary duty is through the SEC, DA, SOS, or FBI.
