Doesn't matter who is behind it. The problem is who is doing it. But I know y'all are gonna find some way to justify it...somehow...

The devastating power struggle for Sudan’s city of El Fasher in the Darfur region continues to escalate. Earlier, the paramilitary Rapid Support Forces (RSF) launched a major offensive against the Sudanese Armed Forces (SAF) in El Fasher, their last bastion in western Sudan.

Heavy RSF artillery fire and bombardments from SAF warplanes again shook the town. Human Rights Watch has reported on widespread war crimes committed by the RSF against the ethnic Massalit and other non-Arab populations in Darfur.

The Doctors Without Borders-supported South Hospital has repeatedly been hit over the past few days. The hospital alone registered over 130 killed due to the El Fasher standoff. All three major medical facilities in the city have been damaged.

Around 2.3 million have fled to neighboring countries since the war broke out a little over a year ago. The United Nations reports that another 2.2 million people are internally displaced and warned that there is a growing risk of genocide in Darfur.
