Black people are gods

You can say black woman is god
You can say black man is god
But please I beg of us
My people
Let’s not become cult leaders
Don’t fool
Don’t manipulate
Don’t gaslight
On people
Especially our people who look like
Us….cos gods don’t have narcissism…
A lot of humans do….
And most of us follow that creepy trends
I don’t wanna be involved such madness

Be careful
How you say
You’re a god,
People will take it and run….
And some will understand where
You’re comin from…
Meanin not in a cult leader ish way

I think I know
Where black people stand
When they say I am god
They start learnin about themselves
They start lovin and respectin themselves
It’s not an ego….
That’s what we’re sayin
We’re gods….

I’m talkin about knowledge of self
Cos remember white supremacy wiped out
Our memories….we couldn’t identify ourselves
We still couldn’t til this day….

We had to do a research
And dig and dig
Come up on our own conclusions
Learnin how to love our melanin
Learnin how to love our crown
Learnin how to love our shades of browns and blacks….
That’s what we mean by we’re gods

You may correct me
Factcheck me if I’m wrong
It’s my observation….

To most black folks
It was never intended to be cult leaders
However
There are some who actually are and
They’re dangerous..unfortunately…
Within our community
We have to watch out for the ones
Who mind controls others….

I guess what I’m sayin
Is there’s a difference
Between I am god
In a cult leader ish way
And i am god not in a cult leader ish way…..

Do i explain it right?
