Black Excellence! Fosters Farm!

Fosters Farm is a Wholly-Black-owned gated, private golf community situated on 1,100 acres in rural Amelia County, Virginia.

I am working with the owner, Rick Foster, whose family left the land in trust to their only son. The site will be comprised of 221 individual estates, an 18 hole golf course, a clubhouse, spa, and exercise facilities. 30 guest lodges and a helipad.
