I don’t think
We as black people
Will ever rise up
To crumble white supremacy
To the very dirt…I don’t see
It comin, cos from the way
We are now and in the past
We’re still not listenin….
We’re still waitin on Jesus
To come down and save us….
The gender war is too heavy
The self hate is too strong…
One of these days
In many years to come
Our preservation will almost gone
Cos we’re not takin care of
Our races….sooner enough
There won’t be black babies
Being born cos we’re stuck on
That system…it’s harmin to the fullest
Tell me I’m wrong
It’s possible black women and black men
Decide not have babies anymore cos
Of white supremacy has influenced
Them constantly….this is somethin to think
About as a human…a life as a human…
Black people have to see themselves
As a human…need to stop lookin through
Other races’ eyes….a lot of y’all believe
Y’all are not human…that’s a sad part….
