Back in '92 I was in college right outside of L.A. during the riots. I remember my mom calling me crying telling me to "stay out of L.A.," I could hear my dad in the background telling my mom, "if you speaking to Derek, tell him if he go in the city looting, tell that nigga to pick me up a VCR."
