I'm really open to having a voting conversation. Not a debate, but a conversation about why you think voting is important or not. What do you think will happen in this upcoming election/selection? What's the use in voting when the popular vote isn't the final choice? If the electoral college selects the president, how do our vote count?

I believe that voting itself is super important, but the system as is doesn't empower , and I believe most that learn how the process really works between the electorate, lobbyists, corporate interests Etc would agree that the whole process needs reform. It would be great if we actually got to vote about real issues like fixing somebody's potholes, updating the school curriculum, making big business, and the rich pay their fair share, affordable housing, fair wages, investing in people, and communities instead of building presents Etc.
