White police shoots Black woman in her face and she's dead...

Sean Grayson a Sheriff's deputy was indicted on multiple charges in the shooting death of Sonya Massey, a Black Woman who called police to report a possible prowler.

Police found a car at Massey’s home that appeared to have been broken into. After they knocked on her door, the deputies found her “distraught and not thinking clearly” and entered her home!!

Massey had the pot in her hand when the officers walked in.

Grayson responded, “I swear to God. I will shoot you right in your fucking face...(Which he subsequently did).

Grayson shot Sonya Massey in the face after the deputy "aggressively yelled" at Sonya Massey to put down a pot of boiling water.

Grayson then discouraged his partner from retrieving a medical kit to render aid to Massey.

The other deputy proceeded to render aid anyway and stayed with Massey until paramedics arrived,

1• Grayson did not attempt to render aid.

2• Grayson only activated his body-worn camera after the shooting, The other deputy had activated his camera upon arriving at the scene.

"It is clear that the deputy did not act as trained or in accordance with our standards,"

"The actions taken by Deputy Grayson do not reflect the values and training of the Sangamon County Sheriff's Office or law enforcement as a whole."

Charges:

1• First-degree murder.
2• Aggravated battery with a firearm.
3• Official misconduct.

Grayson is being held without bail!!
Grayson was diagnosed with Stage 3 colon cancer and Grayson had "a medical incident" overnight with his colostomy bag, one of the reason his lawyer asked that Grayson be released...
