Heartaches as cold sores

To think of heartaches as cold sores….
Meanin you don’t have to worry about
Them….cos if you worry about pain in
Your soul, it would get worse…
I think we should think of heartaches
As cold sore for real…cold sores will last
For a week, so maybe heartaches….
It depends….sometimes people don’t wanna
Let go of old lovers who made them cry….
They chose to keep thinkin about them
And missed out on somebody’s special….
They wanna keep those cold sores….
To try to heal back the way things were….
Some work, some doesn’t work at all….
And I just have to let go of them
It wasn’t good for me…..
I got encouraged
Hard reminders
To move on
Cos relationships are not meant to be…
I never thought about heartaches
As cold sores,
I should have at that time
It’s the only way I don’t have to worry
About them…maybe it might stop my tears
From showerin my face….
For all those people who are goin through
Breakups, think of them as a scab, tiny bit scab
And ya you feel it, but try not to think about it….
If you feel the need to cry, go ahead and cry…..
But do self care, self care your own heart….
Heartbroken is just another fever blister…
See it that way… if not, that’s ok, too….
