Bread is not actually unhealthy…

The Frankenstein modern bread is. Modern bread is full of toxic garbage like l cysteine, made from human hair, potassium bromate, refined flours, seed oils, bleach and pesticides.

Real bread is made with just flour, salt, water, olive oil and is fermented for 3 days.

Our grandparents ate loads of bread and they were perfectly healthy.

But after the 1980s, we hybridized wheat, increased the gluten content and made it more shelf stable with loads of cheap preservatives. This bread is definitely poison that you should avoid.

However, I believe that if you can source real homemade fermented bread, it can be a great addition to your diet.
