they only get away with it because the black majority doesnt retaliate. its actually getting there, but from what iv learned now, the wipipo are using "tribalism" against them (i.e. "why do you have his back? he's igbo and you are twa" ). apparently that's still a thing over there. hopefully they get on code like the kenyans did, and they get on it soon.
