A close family friend and her 85 year old mother were robbed & carjacked by 3 black youths, after being beaten, the mother was run over with the car, sustaining 2 broken legs, a broken ankle, a broken pelvis, a collapsed lung, and fractured ribs. The crime occurred in Baltimore County. What do you think should be done when they catch these teenagers? They are definitely going to get caught. The only question is, who catches them first? In my opinion this isn't a salvageable situation here...
