It's been awhile since I've cancelled something, so let's start with cutting boards!
Specifically, the plastic ones but your wooden boards may not be safe either.
Why? 79 Million microplastics a year, that's why!
That's around how much exposure you accumulate yearly using a plastic cutting board - and wooden boards aren't out of woods either... Why?
Because most of them are held together by plastic-based glues and adhesives that can contain toxic chemicals and preservatives like formaldehyde.
With this in mind, use what I use: a solid hardwood cutting board treated with natural oils or beeswax.
Not mineral oil...this is petroleum-based and toxic!
