Astronauts don't do laundry in space. Instead of washing their clothes, they wear them multiple times until they're too dirty, then discard them. The clothes are either sent back to Earth on cargo ships or, more commonly, packed into disposable cargo modules that burn up upon re-entry into the Earth's atmosphere.
NASA and other space agencies are researching ways to create sustainable methods for washing clothes in space, especially for long-term missions to the Moon or Mars, but as of now, there's no practical laundry solution on the International Space Station (ISS).
