College student charged with raping 2 women has not been arrested!


IU student and Sigma Alpha Epsilon member Noah Apgar has warrant issued and charged with 5 counts of rape after police say he RĄPED two women in within a week!!

One attack happened inside the ΣΑΕ fraternity house where he was a member.

“No, we’re not stopping,” a victim quotes Apgar as saying in court documents. “I don’t care, it’s going to happen. Stop not letting it happen, just enjoy it.”

One victim described an event where Apgar cornered her inside the restroom of his fraternity house and raped her.

The second victim described him forcefully choking and rapingy her, causing bleeding and more injuries.

One victim described how Apgar told her that the clothes she was wearing made it seem like she wanted sexual advances from men.

“You’re only dressed like that because you talk to guys,” Apgar reportedly said.

An active warrant is now out for his arrest, but he has NOT yet been arrested yet
