As someone who works in, and around the entertainment industry I do my best to "remind" the self accusing spirit in myself, and those around me… 

Look for the best part and encourage that, BUT there comes a time when each one of us must recognize our OWN hypocrisy and repent striving to make our word bond. The steep path is indeed a struggle. How many times have we said to ourselves I will do a task that requires discipline… read/study, eat to live, train, etc "in a perfect manner".

Now imagine a young, (ignorant/seemingly self sufficient) self with money, seeming freedom, and an entourage of Godless people who were with you from the start… Who from the tribe will stay by your side, as an encouraging, patient, loyal, guide? Not one of us...  That could be a very unhealthy choice. We all strive in the way, and stumble. Their struggle is not ours.  It is truly a test for them, and many will fail, but those who remain steadfast their reward will be great, so warn them. No one fears hypocrisy but a believer, and no one feels safe from it but a hypocrite. The Most High is the best knower.
