The Black Farmer Fund, co-founded by Karen Washington and Olivia Watkins, has raised $20 million in its second fund to support Black-owned agricultural businesses in the Northeast through low-interest loans and gifts, helping Black farmers strengthen their market presence and supply chain roles.
