Appliance woes.. bought a new build home. It was unoccupied for a year.. I buy it and six months in I need the ice maker fixed..then the washer conks out. Those were under warranty. I don't replace the warranty Now the dryer fails to Get hot. I'm looking for a repairman that's not white nor a spanish speaker and no one responds to my requests. I ask my lawn guy if he knows someone.. he's able to look at it and put in the parts. I'm so glad I asked him.. It was a nice surprise. I appreciate him!!! Although he kept saying it is unusual for a brand new washer/dryer..which sat in an empty house for a year..to break down. I feel drhorten purchases refurbished appliances😞😞😞
