The hardest thing is being a COOK in a wheelchair. Why? Because people don't listen, then give non-existent expertise. MS is "fairly" new... Well not understood. However, put it in a book, over night you got experts; Or ( my personal favorite ) they know someone with the disease. That aside, it's nothing more frustrating than people who don't listen. Why do I go through many nursing agencies? Because they REFUSE, REFUSE to listen. What's so phucked up bout that is; it's the fact they acknowledge it and blame it on some 💩 they read in a book. They don't even know the patient they're assigned too, nor even want to know. The cherry on top of that 💩 sundae; they only see the wheelchair not the person in it. Or even listen to said person; especially when the " patient " has been in that particular field a lot longer than the wheelchair. I mean A LOT.
