This is a bit early but my appetite for food seems to have greatly diminished. I've been working on eating better and it seems despite "starving" myself for half the day, I can barely bring myself to eat.
I'm definitely going to hit my weight loss goal this year. No excuses. No being lazy. Well, I haven't been exercising vigorously. I've only been active moving around more.
Update: I couldn't finish the plate of food. 😂
