this is what inspired me to write poems about forgiveness…
forgiveness is another slave mentality.
forgiveness is trauma forgiveness is abuse ….
it’s been passed down to generations …
it’s why i get so annoyed when black people are so forgiven so easily ….
please there’s so much Christianity that plays its part …
I think it’s the same thing as an apology ,
black people keep saying sorry for defending themselves .
for telling the truth. we have been trained to be good to our enemies when they’re in the wrong.
