There is NO revolution, or evolution in these street gangs! They will not be an army for the culture at all that's not gonna happen. I know because I've been heavily involved with the bloodz for a long time from my hood, to the land, to NYC it's not gonna happen majority of them enjoy being improvised, & hate on the ones that make it out expecting a handout.
