I think most black people are looking at Companies eliminating DEI jobs as a hinderance........not as an opportunity. You see, this forces us to rely on ourselves for opportunities. What would black folk do without FB? Some of us have been advocating switching to or using MelanatedPeople.net for social media, cause it was created by us, for us. Stop only looking at wypipo for jobs.
