This picture was taken after I got back from Iraq, injured, and hopped up on "prescribed" medication. I don't remember this day (or the first two weeks back), but my wife and son do because I was mumbling some weird shit.

If I knew then, what I know now, i would have gone with a more HOLISTIC approach to my healing.
