Reshared: Jonathan’s actions has always been the catalyst for the peace in our home. I never, thought, however, I could fall more in love with him than I did in this moment.
London has always been more advanced in the puberty department so when the dr confirmed that she would be becoming a little lady sooner than we would like, we weren’t surprised. Jonathan has been preparing himself for the day, praying we were all together to support her and love on her as she transitions into this phase of her life. It happened exactly as we prayed for it to and as I expected, he wrapped his arms around her before a tear could even drop out of my eyes. Since then, he has been her rock, making sure she has all her cravings, holding and loving her through her discomfort and making sure she has the most positive experience.
I began my journey so different, not even being able to remember if I even called my dad to tell him as my parents were in their last separation at the time. I thank God for knowing the life we were created for better than we do. He created Jonathan to be a girl dad and the fact that he can’t see his life any other way is proof of that.
On previous post about Jonathan’s relationship with our girls, we’ve gotten comments of others praying their children have different then they did growing up as well. I’m here to tell you that your prayers will be answered and your children will have a life of abundance. Seek God in all you do and allow him to lead your life in the direction he desires it to go. It is there you will find a love that is true and just, not just for you but also for generations to come.
