President Ibrahim Traore says none of his citizens will have to travel abroad to get access to good hospitals. No minister or government official will be allowed to travel out for medical purposes, too .

The construction of the biggest hospital in West and Central Africa just started in his country . President Traore believes there is no reason for Africans to keep travelling out to get access to good hospitals.
